SAT and ACT Preparation
Return to Academic Boosters Home Page
One of the most important preparation tools for success in taking college admissions tests is PRACTICE. Monte Vista offers several opportunities to take full length tests, receive scores, learn test-taking strategies, yet not worry about scores being officially reported. Students may learn that they prefer the ACT over the SAT, or the opposite. Either scores are accepted at virtually every college. Familiarity with the test-taking procedure can go a long way in relieving test-day jitters when students take the tests 'for real'.
Academic Boosters uses local companies to offer both preparation classes and practice tests for the SAT and ACT.
Space may be limited. Registration forms for most series are available only online at http://mvhsacademicboosters.revtrak.net
