MVHS ATHLETIC EXPECTATIONS

The many values and attitudes learned by student-athletes include responsibility, self-discipline, sportsmanship, teamwork, work ethic, integrity, and personal sacrifice for the good of others.  Parents can support these values at all times by displaying “good sportsmanship” behavior.  League rules do not permit students to bring in items considered to be disruptive to the game.  Students are to remain off the fields and courts at all times.  Students not following rules may face disciplinary consequences.

STUDENT ATHLETIC EQUIPMENT

Students may not carry certain sports equipment (i.e. baseball bats and Lacrosse sticks) on campus during the school day.   Athletic gear must be stored in team lockers in the locker rooms, not in the front office.  The locker room will be locked daily by 3:15pm.  Coaches are responsible for giving students access to the locker room after 3:15 p.m.
