Prerequisites:
»  SOPHOMORES, JUNIORS OR SENIORS - Sophomores and higher need to be enrolled in or have completed Geometry with a passing grade in Algebra 1.
»  INCOMING 9TH GRADERS - Grades of A in 8th grade English, Science, and grades of B or higher in BOTH semesters of Algebra 1a and 1b. Incoming Freshmen students must be enrolled in geometry or higher math. No exceptions or waivers will be considered.

A study of living organisms and their interrelationships with other organisms and their environment. It is an expanding study of life from the cellular level to the functioning of the entire organism. Subject matter includes ecology, taxonomy, evolution, the cell- biochemistry and physiology, genetics, reproduction, and botany.
