Prerequisites: Current science teacher's recommendation or chemistry teacher approval.

This course is a prerequisite for AP Chemistry. It is designed for students intending to major in science or engineering. It provides a solid foundation for students planning to take chemistry in college. This course includes a more in-depth study of the topics covered in chemistry as well as additional topics. Students may not be allowed to change to Chemistry after the first 6 weeks of school.
