Coffee with Kevin

Today was the latest in the popular coffee series with Principal Ahern.  During the March coffee chat parents heard from:

  • Math Chair Anthony Pena about math sequence including accelerated Algebra 2 and the new Big Ideas Curriculum.
  • Principal Ahern presented details about the upcoming CAASP testing and the value to college applicants to be from a high performance school- we need Juniors to participate and do well.
  • Assistant Principals provided a display of vaping devices confiscated on campus.  Do you know what to look for?  Become educated about the dangers of using these devices and how they are disguised as routine items like pens, iphone chargers, and electronics.

Put April 19th at 8:30am on your calendar for the next Coffee with Kevin.  The Visual and Performing Arts Department will be the featured department and you don’t want to miss it!
