Update related to poor air quality

10/13/2017

Dear SRVUSD Parents/Guardians and Staff,

We have made the decision to allow after school activities including homecoming parades and athletic events to take place today based on the current and predicted air quality conditions or weather. If there is a major shift in air quality, we will postpone outdoor activities and events today and will communicate directly with the appropriate stakeholders.

There are a handful of afternoon and evening events scheduled for Saturday. We will make a decision by a 9 a.m. Saturday morning regarding these events and communicate as needed.

Thank you for all of your understanding and patience over the last few days.

Sinclerely,

Elizabeth Graswich

Director of Communications & Community Relations
