CLASS OF 2021 PACKAGES FOR HOMELESS DRIVE:  Did you know that SOCKS are among the most needed items at homeless shelters, yet amongst the least-often donated?  Because of the shortage, the nation’s homeless population is constantly at risk of serious foot disease and, during winter months, in severe danger posed by the cold.

Let’s help by collecting these items for the homeless.  We would like to make 75 packages and we are hoping you come through and help us meet and exceed our goal!  We will be collecting the following items until 12/4.

75 pairs of socks

75 travel sized toothpaste

150+ pads

Toothbrushes

75+ nut free granola bars

Boxes of bandaids

75 bottles of water

75 chapstick

Blankets

Dry pet food

75 boxes of Kleenex or hand wipes

75 reusable bags to hold items such as Large zip lock or small drawstring.

Did your business have a convention and have extra simple drawstring bags left? We'd love those! Do you have access to bulk dental care, band aids, granola bars, etc? Or are you able to pick up a few while out shopping this week?  You will be turning these items into the health and world geo classes or the leadership room. There will be a box to put the items in.  Monte Vista has given us so much in the few short months that we have been here, so it is our time to Pay it Forward.

Thank you for your support!   The Monte Vista Class of 2021
