Varsity Wrestling will have 5 wrestlers attending the NCS Championships this Friday & Saturday:  Stephen Stockton, Drew Fryer, Mac Ellison, Josh Pereira, Grant Huston.  Congratulations to all Mustang Wrestlers for a terrific season and EBAL wins.

NEWS REWIND

Attention Juniors, Junior Prom is here!  Junior Prom will be held on Saturday, March 24th from 7:00 – 11:00 pm at the Scottish Rites Center on Lake Merritt in Oakland.  Tickets will go on sale Thursday, March 1st for $90 each for ONE DAY ONLY!!  Then starting on Friday, March 2nd – Sunday, March 18th tickets will be sold online for $105 each.  The LAST day to purchase tickets will be on Monday, March 19th for $115 each and can only be purchased through the bookkeepers window.  Tickets can be purchased online through the webstore and at lunch through the bookkeepers window while available.  Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable so be sure you plan on attending prom before you purchase your tickets!  You must have your ticket and current student ID card for admittance to the prom.  ALL junior prom ticket and contract information will be given out to juniors the week of February 26th

MVHS Band is having an online auction – join the fun and support MV.  You can CLICK HERE now to see what is available including activities for the whole family and yummy treats.  . 

Here's how it works:
- Open the online auction by CLICKING HERE before noon Thursday 2/22!
- Click on the item that you love and enter your bid
.   If you are outbid you will receive an email notice so you can raise your bid.  If the item does not reach “Buy it Now” pricing, the highest online bid will be the opening bid at the live auction.  If no one else out-bids you at the live event, you’ve won your item! Online-only bidders will be notified of won items on Sat Feb. 24th.

- Pick up online winning bid items on Feb 27th 2:30-4pm in the MVHS Band Room.  Local delivery will be an option if you cannot make the pick-up time.

LEADERSHIP 2018:  Attention freshmen, sophomores, and juniors!  Are you interested in being in the leadership class next year?  Maybe a class president or a part of a committee?  Well, then join us at one of our mandatory information meetings at lunch on Monday, February 26th or Tuesday, February 27th or Wednesday, February 28th in the Leadership room to get the packet and necessary information!

 

Do you plan on parking at MV next school year?  Then you need to attend one of CHP Start Smart classes….at any location.  The classes at MV are filled but you can attend at any location   CLICK HERE for MVHS student parking permit page for all the details.
